Renowned scientist, Dr. Alvar Jando, theorizes that the only way for humans to survive is to return to the ocean, living underwater like the dolphins with whom we share an evolutionary track. When his research assistants discover his experiments on a remote island in the Florida Keys, the dangerous race for survival begins.
